HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT ON UPTD CONSERVATION AND SUPERVISION OF MARINE AND FISHERIES RESOURCES, PARIAMAN CITY, WEST SUMATRA PROVINCE

Abstract

The objectives of the  internship  on Human  Resource Management  in the UPTD Area of Marine and Fisheries   Resources Conservation  and Supervision, Pariaman City,  West Sumatra  Province are as follows to : (1) acquire knowledge, skills and  work experience in  human  resource management activities, (2) know directly the  management of human  resources, and (3) understand the  problems that occur in  human resource management in the UPTD Area of Conservation and Supervision of Marine and Fisheries   Resources, Pariaman City,  West Sumatra Province. This internship practice has been carried out on January11, 2023 – February 11, 2023 at UPTD Conservation and Supervision of Marine and Fisheries Resources,  Pariaman City,  West Sumatra Province. From the results of the   implementation of   internship practices carried out by the author at the   Technical Implementation Unit of the Conservation and Supervision of Marine Resources and Fisheries Pariaman, West Sumatra concerning  Human Resource Management.
